This Refund Policy explains how Stone Insights ("we", "our", or "us") handles payments, cancellations, and refund requests for subscriptions to our B2B diamond pricing intelligence platform. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms below. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Overview
All subscription fees paid to Stone Insights are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, unused features, or previously billed cycles. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current paid period.
2. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you selected) until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle. If you cancel, your subscription remains active and fully accessible until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it will not renew.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account (/app/billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, and your access will end when that period expires.
After your subscription ends, data associated with your account will be retained and eventually deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
4. Exceptions
While our general policy is non-refundable, we will review and, where appropriate, correct the following:
- Duplicate charges: If you are billed more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error, contact us and we will refund the duplicate amount.
- Billing errors: Incorrect charges caused by a system issue on our side will be corrected.
- Legally required refunds: We honor refunds where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account while the dispute is investigated.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
